문서마다 다르게 써놨던데 같은말이다. 어차피 내용은 가장 큰 비트(첫번째 비트 = MSB)는 부호 비트로 지정. 나머지는 절대값으로 쓰는 방식이라 부호비트만 음수일때 반전시키는 방식이다.
